As an Employé Polyvalent de Restauration Fast Food, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient and smooth operations in our fast food restaurant. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, maintaining cleanliness, and providing support to other team members as needed. Responsibilities
- Take customer orders and serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Prepare food items, such as burgers, fries, and sandwiches, according to established recipes and quality standards
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sanitizing surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors, and washing dishes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, restocking supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Assist team members with tasks during busy periods or as assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus, but not required
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
